Once you have purchased a ticket, this is a NON-REFUNDABLE purchase. It is up to the purchaser to note that upon buying ANY TICKETS from Louisiana Retro Con, or ANY EVENTS under our umbrella of business that we uphold the policy to NOT offer a refund.

The purchase of the tickets on your BANK STATEMENT may appear with the word "WIX". Please note that this is tickets for LOUISIANA RETRO CON, and not fraudulent credit card activity. Attempting to receive a refund from your bank for a ticket purchased or already redeemed may result in being ineligible to attend future events under the Louisiana Retro Con family of conventions.
